(i) Coffee Grounds: 2 tablespoons, preferably fresh

(ii) Coconut Oil: 1/4 tablespoon, organic and pure

(iii) Essential Oil: 1-2 drops, any one of your choice like Peppermint, Lemon or Vanilla

Method:

(i) Combine the coffee grounds and coconut oil in small glass bowl. Smash and mix well the coffee and coconut oil until it’s well blended to form a smooth paste.

(ii) Mix in 1-2 drops of your favorite essential oil.
